Description

A pair of previously issued Austrian Bundesheer field pants. Like a lot of Austrian gear, these trousers translate well to civilian use, both in their appearance and functionality. The trousers are built from a rugged poly/cotton fabric which will suit rough work environments or your weekend tinkering out in the garage. For storage, you get two deep front pockets and two cargo pockets. These trousers are dated around the early 2000's and have plenty of life left. Make your next work trousers a pair from the Austrian Army.

    Best pants I've owned

    Pants are extremely soft yet durable. There was clear repair work on the left knee area (expected), and the repair seems extremely sturdy and well-tailored. Probably the most comfortable pants I have ever owned, and likely to be the pair of pants I own for the longest period of time. Everyone I've shown these pants too asked me where they can buy a pair. For the price I paid, does genuinely feel as though I've shafted the store. My only regret is not buying more pairs.

    Old school classics

    Love 'em. Never sure if they are fatigues or not, they just work so well for any task. Warm, built to last, and so cool. Don't make you look like a wannabe warrior either- very subtle.

    I recently paid a small fortune for some similar new ones off a Japanese website. Very nice but will fall apart in the first blast of South island wind.

    Buy these, while you can still get them, from NZ's best surplus suppliers. They are Geezers...

    Great Pants

    Great pair of trousers — tough, comfortable, and clearly built to last. The fabric feels durable without being overly heavy, and the fit is practical for outdoor use, work, or general wear. Plenty of useful pockets and the Austrian military quality really shows through. My only minor complaint is the button fly; I'd personally prefer a zip fly for convenience. Aside from that, these are excellent combat trousers and great value.
